I. Coat chicken evenly with McCormick Season ‘n Fry Chicken Coating Mix.
2. Deep-fry and cook until done.

Coats ½ to ¾ kg meat
For crispier chicken:
1. Dissolve McCormick Season 'n Fry Chicken Coating Mix in 1/3 cup cold water.
2. Dip chicken pieces in batter & deep-fry in
oil until golden brown.

Best served with McCormick Chicken Gravy
